These Terms govern access to and use of BrayPetix™, a software service operated by Brainy Solutions. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, activating a license or using the service, the customer agrees to these Terms.

1. BUSINESS SERVICE
BrayPetix is provided for legitimate business use by veterinary practices, grooming salons and other pet-care businesses. It is an administrative software platform and is not veterinary, medical, legal, accounting or other professional advice.

2. ACCOUNT AUTHORITY
You represent that you are authorized to create and manage the account for the business identified during registration. You are responsible for account credentials and activities performed through your account.

3. LICENSE
Subject to payment and compliance with these Terms, Brainy Solutions grants the customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use BrayPetix for the subscribed business during the active subscription term. No ownership of the software, source code, trademarks or intellectual property is transferred.

4. CUSTOMER CONTENT
The customer retains its rights in content it lawfully enters into the platform. The customer is responsible for accuracy, legality, permissions, notices and consents relating to that content.

5. RESTRICTIONS
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, resell access without written authorization, reverse engineer the software except where a non-waivable law expressly permits it, introduce malicious code, use the service for unlawful purposes or infringe third-party rights.

6. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS
Paid access is governed by the Subscription & Billing Policy displayed on this site. Failure or reversal of payment may result in suspension or termination of access.

7. AVAILABILITY AND CHANGES
We work to maintain a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may be improved, modified or replaced. Scheduled or emergency maintenance may temporarily affect availability.

8. SUPPORT
Support is provided through the channels published on this site. Response times may vary unless a separate written service-level agreement applies.

9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
BrayPetix may interact with third-party providers such as PayPal, hosting, email or communications services. Brainy Solutions is not responsible for outages or acts of independent third-party services outside its reasonable control.

10. DISCLAIMER
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an 'as available' basis. Nothing in BrayPetix constitutes a veterinary diagnosis, treatment recommendation or substitute for licensed professional judgment.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Brainy Solutions will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages, loss of profits, loss of business or loss caused by unauthorized customer use. Any limitation that cannot lawfully apply will be limited only to the extent permitted by law.

12. TERMINATION
The customer may cancel according to the published cancellation policy. Brainy Solutions may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security risk, abuse or legal necessity.

13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
BrayPetix, its software, design, branding and related materials are owned by or licensed to Brainy Solutions and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

14. GOVERNING TERMS
Applicable mandatory consumer, privacy and commercial laws remain unaffected where they cannot lawfully be waived. Any governing-law or dispute clause should be reviewed by Brainy Solutions legal counsel before broad international launch.
