Brainy Solutions operates BrayPetix™, a cloud business-management platform for veterinary practices, pet grooming salons and other pet-care businesses. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, protect and retain personal information when you visit our website, create an account, purchase a subscription, contact support or use BrayPetix.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We may collect account and business information such as name, business name, email, telephone number, country, billing and subscription information, account credentials, support communications, device/browser information, security logs and product usage information. BrayPetix customers may also enter information about their own clients and pets into the platform.
2. CUSTOMER DATA
Each subscribing business is responsible for determining that it has a lawful basis and any required permissions to enter, use and manage information about its clients in BrayPetix. Brainy Solutions processes customer-provided data to provide, secure, maintain and support the service and does not acquire ownership of customer content.
3. PURPOSES
We use information to provide and administer BrayPetix, authenticate users, process subscriptions, issue and manage licenses, send transactional communications, provide support, maintain security, prevent abuse, improve the service, comply with law and, where permitted, communicate about relevant products and services.
4. PAYMENTS AND SERVICE PROVIDERS
Payments may be processed by PayPal and other service providers. Those providers may process information under their own privacy terms. We may use hosting, email, security, analytics and infrastructure providers as necessary to operate the service.
5. INTERNATIONAL USE
BrayPetix may be used by customers in Panama and the United States and may expand to additional countries. Information may therefore be processed in jurisdictions other than the user’s location, subject to applicable safeguards and law.
6. SECURITY
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information. No online system can guarantee absolute security. Customers are responsible for maintaining secure passwords, controlling account access and using the service appropriately.
7. RETENTION
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, satisfy contractual and legal obligations, resolve disputes, protect security and enforce agreements. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and applicable law.
8. YOUR REQUESTS
Subject to applicable law, individuals may request access, correction or deletion of personal information or exercise other available privacy rights. Requests may be sent to support@brainysolutionspanama.com. We may need to verify identity before completing a request. If your information was entered by a BrayPetix customer, your request may need to be directed to that customer as the organization responsible for the information.
9. CHILDREN
BrayPetix is a business service and is not intended for use by children as account holders.
10. CHANGES
We may update this policy. The current version and effective date will be posted on this site. Material changes may be communicated through reasonable means.
