Cancellation & Refund Policy

You may cancel a BrayPetix recurring subscription so that it does not renew for the next billing period. Unless applicable law requires otherwise or Brainy Solutions expressly agrees in writing, fees already charged for a started billing period are non-refundable and access remains available until the end of the paid period.

If you believe a charge was made in error, contact support promptly with the account email and transaction details. We will review billing errors in good faith. Duplicate charges or confirmed processing errors will be corrected where appropriate.

Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable rights that apply under mandatory law.
