Software License Agreement

BrayPetix™ is licensed, not sold. During an active paid term, Brainy Solutions grants the subscribing business a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to access and use the hosted BrayPetix service for its internal business operations.

The license does not permit ownership, resale, sublicensing, source-code access, unauthorized copying, circumvention of technical controls, unauthorized scraping, reverse engineering except to the limited extent expressly protected by non-waivable law, or use to create a competing derivative service.

License keys and activation credentials are confidential account credentials. Brainy Solutions may suspend a license where payment is overdue, a charge is reversed, the account creates a security risk, the service is abused or the agreement is materially breached.

Customer data remains subject to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. This agreement does not transfer ownership of customer content to Brainy Solutions.
