Users may not use BrayPetix to violate law, infringe rights, send unlawful spam, harass others, distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access, probe or bypass security, overload the service, scrape data without permission, impersonate another person or organization, store content they are not authorized to process, or use the service to facilitate fraud or other harmful conduct.

Brainy Solutions may investigate suspected abuse and may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, customers, third parties or comply with legal obligations.
