Subscription & Billing Policy

BrayPetix is offered as a recurring software subscription unless a written offer states otherwise. Prices, currency, billing interval and included access are shown before purchase.

PAYPAL. Payments may be processed through PayPal. By selecting a recurring subscription, the customer authorizes recurring charges according to the PayPal approval flow and the billing interval selected at checkout. PayPal’s own terms may also apply to the payment relationship.

RENEWAL. Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, unless the checkout expressly states that a purchase is non-renewing.

FAILED OR REVERSED PAYMENTS. A failed, disputed, reversed or cancelled payment may result in license suspension until the account is brought current.

TAXES. Displayed prices may exclude taxes, duties or similar charges where applicable. The customer is responsible for taxes that lawfully apply to its purchase, except taxes imposed on Brainy Solutions’ own income.

PRICE CHANGES. Future pricing may change. Existing subscribers will be notified when required by applicable law or the applicable billing arrangement.

CANCELLATION. Customers may cancel future renewals through the available PayPal controls or by contacting Brainy Solutions support. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not automatically create a refund for a completed billing period.
