Data Processing Terms

These Data Processing Terms describe the relationship between Brainy Solutions and a BrayPetix business customer when Brainy Solutions processes personal information submitted by that customer to provide the hosted service.

The customer determines the business purposes for which it collects and enters client information into BrayPetix and is responsible for lawful collection, transparency, permissions, data accuracy and responding to its own clients. Brainy Solutions processes such data to host, secure, maintain, troubleshoot and support the service, and may use vetted infrastructure providers where necessary.

Brainy Solutions will take reasonable measures designed to protect customer data, limit access to authorized purposes and notify the customer of a confirmed security incident when notification is required by applicable law or contract.

Upon termination, customer data may be deleted or retained for a limited period for backup, security, dispute or legal purposes according to the applicable retention practices. A more detailed data processing addendum may be executed for enterprise or jurisdiction-specific requirements.
